Ryng-Ring is not a medical device. It is designed for general wellness and lifestyle tracking only. Metrics such as heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, body temperature, activity level, VO₂ max, stress, and sleep are informational and not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.
We do not guarantee the clinical accuracy of any data. For any health-related concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
5. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, all details are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.
6. Orders & Payment
All orders must be prepaid using the secure payment gateways provided on our Platform. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and are subject to product availability.
In case of billing issues or payment failure, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery is estimated at up to 2 weeks from dispatch, depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
8. Cancellation & Replacement
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Refunds are not offered.
- Products are eligible for replacement only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, as detailed in our Replacement Policy. Proof (such as images/videos) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
